Order Processing Time

Personalized Pacifiers:

Once your order is received please allow 2- 4 weeks for order processing and delivery of your personalized pacifier.  Shipping times will vary based on location. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to register on the USPS website once you receive your shipping confirmation.

 

Non-personalized items:

Once your order is received please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to register on the USPS website once you receive your shipping confirmation.



Shipping

If you would like a shipping quote, you may obtain one in your shopping cart.
At this time orders can only be shipped to addresses in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.   Unfortunately we cannot ship to FPO addresses.  

 

Return Policy

 

Personalized Pacifiers:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY Personalized item due to the sensitive nature of the product. Prior to shipping of your order, we will honor all corrections made within a reasonable timeframe. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your order. Non-personalized items:

Unopened and unused items may be returned up to 30 days from the sale date printed on the invoice. Orders that are still “processing” and have not shipped from our warehouse may be cancelled. Once an order has shipped no changes or requests for a return can be processed until the consumer has the item in their procession. At that time please email or call our customer service department to begin the return process and receive your return authorization number. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.  All items being returned must be unused and unopened in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Consumers wishing to return an item(s) must pay the cost of shipping. Once we receive the items being returned we will issue you a refund.

 

Please note that all exchanges will be treated as a return.
